For more than 40 years, the Southeast Ventura County YMCA has served the communities of Aguora Hills, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Santa Rosa Valley, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village.
The Southeast Ventura County YMCA organization includes 3 facilities and 1 community-based branch, 2 preschool child care centers, 19 before and after school child care sites and several summer camp programs.
The YMCA provides important, life-changing programs for people of all ages, races, ethnicity, religions, and economic status.
The YMCA goals are to foster the healthy development of children, and strengthen family and community relationships and well-being for all.
The generous contributions from individuals, businesses and foundations assure that no one is turned away from the YMCA due to an inability to pay. These gifts make it possible to provide opportunities to children, individuals, and families to participate in YMCA programs regardless of their ability to pay.
